Technical Description
Within the beverage carbonation industry, the process of infusing gases into liquid products requires precision equipment to achieve proper dissolution and product quality. Koercl has developed a specialized GDI gas injector that handles the injection of both CO2 and N2 into beer through a sophisticated mechanical mechanism.

The CO2 and N2 content is continuously measured in-line at the outlet of the unit through dedicated analytical instrumentation, enabling real-time monitoring of gas composition during the dissolution process. The product-specific set point, which is predetermined based on the desired carbonation level or inert gas requirements for a particular beverage formulation, is systematically compared against the actual process value obtained from the outlet sensors, and the CO2 and N2 flow rates are adjusted accordingly through a sophisticated control algorithm that processes measurement data at regular intervals to maintain target specifications.
