It provides a solution for filling large numbers of the increasingly popular 5-litre party kegs. The koercl-automatic party keg fillers are built and delivered with 2, 4 and 6
filling points and a capacity of 100 to 300 5-litre party kegs per hour.
The empty kegs are automatically positioned and the filling process is automatic. The containers are first flushed with CO2 and pre-tensed. The actual filling of the party keg proceeds from the bottom up. A sensor in the reflux air duct monitors the filling process. A lamp indicates to the operator that
the filling process has been completed. The pressure on the keg is released once the beer valve has closed. The rubber plug is manually positioned and the keg is moved to the closing unit.
The filler can be provided as a stand-alone machine or as part of a complete AUTO-fill system. The unit is then combined with a feed table, transport conveyors, dust cap remover, ink printer, fully automated closer as well as a washing and turning unit. Various installation options with various levels of automation can be implemented according to the capacity required.
