The Continuous Wort Aeration Continuously and highly accurately injects sterile air or oxygen into beer wort .The 2088yb GDI gas injector splits the air into extremely small bubbles ,maximizes the oxygen saturation and in this way provides reliable and reproducible fermentation.
In the beer production workflow, a continuous process methodology is integrated during the critical wort transfer phase that occurs between the wort cooler unit and the fermenter
The measurement and regulation framework leverages sophisticated flow quantification methodologies alongside mathematically optimized command protocols designed to deliver measurable performance across variable operational conditions.
Technical Description
Sterile air or oxygen is injected into the wort via the GDI gas injector developed by koercl. The gas injector splits the air /oxygen into very small bubbles and provides quick and complete saturation .The wort pipe between wort cooler and fermenter functions as a holding pipe.
In the context of fermentation process optimization, the volumetric flow rate of wort entering the bioreactor vessel and the corresponding mass flow rate of air or oxygen being supplied are both continuously monitored and quantified.
The unit can be controlled by a local PLC equipped with a touch panel interface that enables direct operator interaction, or altern
The system has been engineered to meet stringent sanitation requirements commonly demanded throughout the brewing and beverage manufacturing sector, where contamination control directly impacts
Within the beverage production system, the injector undergoes systematic cleaning during each cleaning-in-place cycle of the wort distribution pipe, accomplished through a
